If it concerns a medicine

If you experience any adverse effect, speak to your doctor, pharmacist, or nurse. You can also report adverse by completing the online form available on the reporting portal.

If it concerns a medical device

You can report an incident or risk of incident involving a medical device by filling out the online form available on the reporting portal.

If it concerns a food supplement

If you have experienced an adverse effect after taking a dietary supplement, it is recommended to contact a healthcare professional so that they can submit the report. You can also complete the online form available on the ANSES portal (French Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health & Safety).

    Privacy statement

    In its capacity as data controller, UPSA processes personal data in order to process your request, manage quality complaints as well as possible side effects related to the use of our products and for internal analysis purposes in compliance (hereinafter referred to as ‘Purposes’) with the applicable legal provisions and in particular EU Regulation 2016/679 known as the ‘RGPD’. The legal basis for the Purposes described corresponds to compliance with a legal obligation to which UPSA is subject.

       The recipients of your personal data are solely UPSA's Medical Information, Pharmacovigilance and Quality departments, their authorised personnel, bodies in charge of product evaluation, public bodies and subcontractors acting on behalf of and under the responsibilitý of UPSA for IT support and processing purposes. These subcontractors ensure an adequate level of protection for your information that complies with the regulations in force by signing Standard Contractual Clauses established by the European Commission when they are located outside the European Union.

    Personal data is protected by physical and technological measures and is retained for 10 years after the withdrawal of the marketing authorization for the product related to your inquiry. You have the right to access your data, request its rectification, restrict its processing, and obtain its portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL if, after contacting us, you believe that your rights have not been respected.
