At our production sites, UPSA’s quality system is based on three key pillars:
- Rigorous and selective procurement processes,
- Controls at every stage of the production cycle (up to 60 checks per medicine),
- Regular audits of all quality management systems and practices within the units.
Quality Policy for Promotional Information
Our quality policy reflects UPSA Management’s commitment to conducting promotional information activities through a continuous improvement approach and in compliance with current regulatory requirements (French Public Health Code, Charter for Promotional Information by Canvassing or Prospecting Aimed at the Promotion of Medicinal Products, and the certification standards of the French National Authority for Health (HAS)).
Our certification is renewed annually following an audit carried out by an independent certification body accredited by the HAS.
