How to Properly Prepare Your Travel First Aid Kit

To enjoy your vacation, preparation is essential. Headaches, digestive issues, or even an injury can quickly ruin the experience. That’s why your travel first aid kit is something you should never forget before leaving!

Packing Your First Aid Kit

You might face various health issues while on vacation. Consider including the following items:

  • A thermometer
  • Band-aids
  • Alcohol-based hand sanitizer
  • Local antiseptic
  • Cream for minor burns
  • Antidiarrheal medications
  • Pain and fever relief medications (analgesics, antipyretics)
  • Motion sickness remedies
  • Insect repellents and soothing creams

Small items such as tweezers, a tick remover, a pair of round-tipped scissors, bandages, and safety pins can be useful.

Now you’re ready to go!

For more information, don’t hesitate to consult your pharmacist or doctor.

Travel Outside of Europe

Some countries pose a higher risk of infection. We recommend researching your destination carefully and taking proper precautions. To prevent water contamination, bring water purification tablets or filters.
