Important Information for our Partners

Important message to our suppliers : Fraud tentative

We have been informed by some of our suppliers that they have been approached by malicious people who have impersonated us.

By pretending to be UPSA’s Purchasing Department and by using UPSA’s information (address, Siret and VAT numbers, email address including UPSA’s name), the emails received by the suppliers concerned state a wish to place an order for goods and to proceed with a payment at 30 days.

Please be assured that we deplore this situation and that our teams are currently doing everything possible to deal with it. These actions have been reported to the French authorities.

If you have received this type of email from contact@upsa-france.com, we invite you not to reply to it, not to click on the links or attachments it may contain and to inform us as soon as possible at the following address:

UPSA.serviceachats@upsa-ph.com

Also, we invite you to redouble your vigilance by checking that the sender’s email address corresponds to a UPSA email address (name.surname@upsa-ph.com).

Be vigilant against the increased risk of fraud!

In order to ensure your protection as much as possible, we suggest that you exercise the utmost vigilance, in particular for payment requests and changing bank details.
