PHYTONORMYL® is a dietary supplement made with carefully selected ingredients that act on the sleep cycle, helping you fall asleep faster with melatonin and promoting restful sleep with lemon balm.
TRI-LAYER TECHNOLOGY: This controlled-release, three-layer tablet contains:
Rapid-release MELATONIN (within 5 minutes) to help you fall asleep. Melatonin contributes to reducing the time needed to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is achieved by consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
LEMON BALM, which supports falling asleep, contributes to maintaining sleep quality, and promotes optimal relaxation.
Prolonged-release ASHWAGANDHA (up to 8 hours). Also called Indian Ginseng, this plant, rooted in Ayurveda from India, has been used for thousands of years. It helps with sleep, supports stress resistance, and assists in maintaining cognitive and physical capacities.
Ingredients: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; lemon balm leaf extract (Melissa officinalis L.); ashwagandha leaf and root extract (Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal); stabilizers: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose; anti-caking agents: crosslinked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polyvinylpolypyrrolidone, magnesium salts of fatty acids; spirulina concentrate; melatonin.
Usage recommendations:
Reserved for adults. Take 1 tablet per day with a glass of water, before bedtime.
Do not use without medical advice in case of ongoing medication or medical supervision, as well as for individuals with epilepsy, asthma, mood disorders, behavioral issues, or personality disorders.
Not recommended for individuals with inflammatory or autoimmune diseases, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or those engaging in activities requiring sustained alertness where drowsiness may pose a safety risk.
Limit melatonin intake to occasional use. Keep out of reach of children.
